When I don't read my Bible...

Some friends of mine and myself listened to a podcast sermon my Andy Stanley and found these statements to be true of us when we do not spend time in God's Word. Are they true of you or are we just crazy?

1. I tend to magnify the weaknesses of others and overlook my own.

2. I tend to evaluate all I see as if this is all there is.

3. I tend to close my hands on my possessions. My selfishness and selflessness is directly affected by my time spent in the Word of God.

4. I tend to hold onto my anger to long when I get to far away from the Word of God. Apart from the truths of the Scriptures I have no reason to let go.
